Bega Custom Labels

Labels are cut by a metal contraption called the "die tool".  This is the tool that cuts the labels out of the adhesive paper or materials to the size that you want. This generally means that there is one "die tool" for one particular sized label.

Getting your custom label means that you will also get a custom size, which in short means, you can choose any size you want. This would involve creating a spec of the exact customized shape and creating a die for that customized size and shape.  Each "die tool" generally runs $500 and up.  If it is completely necessary to have the custom size or shape label, you would have to pay this amount purchase the die.  On the other hand, practically speaking, you can choose from our stock of "die tools" that we carry to avoid this setup cost.
